Refund Policy
Eligible refunds
Refunds are processed where we fail to perform a confirmed service due to our own fault. Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds are not available where failure results from incomplete client documents, incorrect information, late bookings or circumstances outside our control, or where the tender outcome is unfavourable.
Tender Messenger is a messenger/support service and does not guarantee the award of any tender, RFQ or contract.
