Nature of service
Tender Messenger is a messenger and administrative support service. We collect, deliver, submit documents and attend briefings on behalf of clients. We do not prepare, evaluate or certify tender content, and we do not guarantee the award of any tender, RFQ or contract.
Client responsibility
Clients remain solely responsible for ensuring that documents are complete, correctly signed, sealed, labelled and compliant with the requirements of the procuring entity. Tender Messenger does not inspect the contents of sealed packages.
Deadlines
Bookings must be made with sufficient time to reach the submission point before the stated deadline. We will make every reasonable effort to meet deadlines, but cannot be held liable where late instructions, inaccurate addresses or incomplete information prevent timely submission.
Circumstances beyond our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by venues, government departments, closures, security procedures, queues, traffic, weather, protests, load-shedding, strikes or any other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Third-party requirements
Some entities require registers to be signed by company directors, specific forms of authorisation or in-person identification. Clients must inform us of such requirements and supply any authorisation letters needed.
Proof of service
Proof of collection, delivery or submission is provided where available. Some receiving offices do not issue acknowledgements; in such cases a messenger photo and time-stamped report will be supplied.
